Running a Basic Search
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. People >> Search; Communicate >> Send Email)
- Module and Status Filters: Select the desired status(es) to include in the search.
- For multiple statuses, select one of the following:
- Any of the selected modules and any of the selected statuses
- All of the selected modules and any of the selected statuses
- For multiple statuses, select one of the following:
- Optional: Communications Filters, select the desired option(s). You can make one selection from each category:
- Email:
- Don’t Filter (default)
- Has Email
- Has No Email
- Mobile Email:
- Don’t Filter (default)
- Has Mobile Email
- Has No Mobile Email
- Text Messaging: This will only appear if Text Messaging has been enabled
- Don’t Filter (default)
- Has text messaging enabled
- Does not have text messaging enabled
- Email:
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
Quick Search/Navigation Bar
- Click one of the four possible icons in the Navigation Bar at the top of the admin screen:
- Person: To find a person/user
- Page: To navigate to a page or specific feature within the admin interface
- Help: To search the knowledge bank of help articles (step-by-step instructions)
- Account: For admins of multiple organizations or enterprise accounts to switch between these accounts
- Type the first few characters of the topic, account or person’s name you are searching for
- Click on the options you are searching for to be taken to the related page
Searching by Client Date Joined
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module, Status and Communication: select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Client Date Joined” from the dropdown list
- Enter a date to search for the Date Joined On or After or On or Before a specific date. If you enter a date for both, you can search for the Date Joined within a date range.
- You can either search by entering exact dates or by using dynamic dates
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
Searching by Date of Last Client Status Change
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module, Status and Communication: select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Date of Last Client Status Change” from the dropdown list
- Optional: Enter a date to search for the Date of Last Client Status Change On or After or On or Before a specific date. If you enter a date for both, you can search for the Date of Last Client Status Change within a date range.
- You can either search by entering exact dates or by using dynamic dates
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
Searching by Client and Volunteer Associations
Clients Associated with Volunteers
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module, Status and Communication: select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Client Connections” from the dropdown list
- Select the desired Status from the dropdown list:
- Client is associated with volunteers
- Client is not associated with volunteers
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
Volunteers Associated with Clients
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module, Status and Communication: select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Volunteer Connections” from the dropdown list
- Select the desired Status from the drop-down list:
- Volunteer is associated with clients
- Volunteer is not associated with clients
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
Searching by Client Association with Activities
- Go to any option that requires a search (i.e. Communicate >> Send Email; People >> Search, etc.)
- Module, Status and Communication: select status(es) and option(s) to include
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button
- Search Type: Select “Client Activities”
- Select the desired Match Type from the drop-down list:
- Client is associated with activities
- Client is not associated with activities
- Click the [Add Search Criteria] button to add additional options to your search, or click the [Search] button to run your search
