Change Administrator Status

Archive Administrator 

Note: Setting the status to “Archived” will also set the Role to “Not an Administrator”. 

  1. Go to People, then click on “Manage Administrators” found in the sidebar under Administrators 
  1. Mouse over the Options icon beside the administrator  
  1. Click on “Archive Administrator” 

Unarchive Administrator 

  1. Go to: People >> Search 
  2. In the “Module and Status Filters” section, check the “Archived” box under “Administrator” and then click the [Search] button 
  3. In the results, mouse over the Options icon beside the administrator you want to unarchive 
  4. Go to: People >> Search 
  5. In the “Module and Status Filters” section, check the “Archived” box under “Administrator” and then click the [Search] button 
  6. In the results, mouse over the Options icon beside the administrator you want to unarchive 

Delete/Remove Administrator 

  1. Go to People, then click on “Manage Administrators” found in the sidebar under Administrators  
  1. Mouse over the Options icon beside the administrator’s name 
  1. Click on “Remove Administrator” 
  1. Click the [Remove Administrator] button 

Note: If you remove someone from the last module of which they are included, they are removed completely from your organization’s account.
