Change a User’s Status in an Organization

  1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the user’s name into the Quick Search 
  1. Click on the user’s name from the list that appears 
  1. Click on the “Organizations” tab in their profile 
  1. Mouse over the Options icon to the left of the desired Organization 
  1. Select to change the user’s status (e.g. “Change Client Status”) 
  1. Select a new module status from the available dropdown menu 
  1. Click the [Change…Status] button (e.g. [Change Client Status])
