- Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the user’s name into the Quick Search
- Click on the user’s name from the list that appears
- Click on the “Organizations” tab in their profile
- Mouse over the Options icon to the left of the desired Organization
- Select to change the user’s status (e.g. “Change Client Status”)
- Select a new module status from the available dropdown menu
- Click the [Change…Status] button (e.g. [Change Client Status])
