Settings for Volunteer Portal
- Go to: Configuration, then click on “Connection Settings” found in the sidebar under Connections
- In the “Settings for Volunteer Portal” section:
- Connected Clients Form Header – type in the text that the volunteer will see above their “Connected Clients” section
- Select for volunteers to be able to see associated client’s contact information
- Select for volunteers to view past recorded client encounter feedback
- Select to prevent volunteers from logging client encounters in the future
- Scroll down and click the [Save] button
Settings for Client Portal
- Go to: Configuration, then click on “Connection Settings” found in the sidebar under Connections
- In the “Settings for Client Portal” section:
- Connected Volunteers Form Header – type in the text that the client will see above their “Connected Volunteers” section
- Select for clients to be able to see associated volunteers’ names
- Select for clients to be able to see associated volunteers’ profile picture
- Scroll down and click the [Save] button
